We are now open every day, 10am – 5:30pm! Yippee! You must prebook tickets for your day in the woods.
The Twiggles and Boggles are working their socks off to make everything suuuuper safe (and still fun!) for WILD explorers can come to play. It will be a little different to previous BeWILDerwood experiences, but we are lucky to be in a big woodland with lots of fresh air and room to play. Please have a look at this page of our website to see the full list of extra measures we’ve put in place. We’ll also provide specific information on the day you come to play.
The Twiggles are pleased to announce they’re adding an additional 12 months to the expiry date shown on your annual pass card. This applies to everyone that had a pass that was still valid between 21st March and 17th July 2020. So, for example, if your pass expired on the 1st April 2020, it will now expire on 1st April 2021!
Our technical Twiggles will be updating expiry dates on our system and sparkly new cards will be ready for you to collect when you next come to play! You will need to prebook (up to the night before) for your day in the woods via our booking site, you’ll see an annual pass ticket option in Day Tickets… and pretty please bring your passes along with you to scan and swap for new ones.

We can’t be sure on this one just yet, but hope to be! We will be seeing how the first few months of being open goes. Keep an eye out for any updates on this via our website and social media pages!
Oooh nos! Sorry to hear you missed online booking! We aren’t allowing walk-ups, simply so we can stick to our new, lower capacity and maintain social distancing.
We should still have lots of availability for other days, so hopefully you can come and play another day instead!
At this time, we need our visitors to prebook so we can monitor visitor numbers effectively and ensure we do not go over our revised, decreased capacity. You can prebook here.
The majority of the park will be open as usual!
We are not offering face painting, boat rides have a lower capacity, and we encourage the use of the hand sanitiser dispensers we’ve put in before and after using equipment. Roaming members of the Twiggle Team are also regularly cleaning equipment.

We’re asking all those who want to buy a WILD WILD WILD pass to book regular Day Tickets and then upgrade at the gate (best to go and play and return to the gates later to do this if you arrive at a busy time). We will refund the cost of your day tickets before you upgrade to annual passes!
The Annual Pass ticket option on the booking site is for those already with passes.
If you’ve already bought a WILD WILD WILD pass online (while we’ve been closed) and are yet to “activate” it with the Twiggle Team, don’t worry, we just ask that you book for a day using the Annual Pass option. But please bring your proof of purchase/the booking ref of both your annual pass booking & day booking when you visit.
Pretty please let us know in as much time as possible! You can message us on Facebook, pop us an email, or call us on 01692 633033. Tickets are non-refundable, but we are able swap your day – so long as there are still tickets available for the new date you have chosen!
Oh no! Of course, you can come & play a different day instead! Get in touch to let us know your booking reference the name it was booked under, either on the phone, via Facebook, or drop us an email.
We kindly ask you wait 14 days before coming to play in the woods if anyone in your group has had symptoms, unless you have proof of a negative test.
Nope, you must prebook for the day you’d like to come & play but there is no option to select a time of day. The Twiggle Team will be ensuring there’s not toooo many of you going through the gate at once and we’ve considerably reduced our capacity!
We have opened the woods at less than a half of our usual capacity. We will be assessing how it “feels” in the park daily so we can ensure social distancing is possible and see how visitors play with the new measures.
Two of our catering outlets, the Munch Bar and Cosy Cabin, will be operating and offering an array of scrumptious food, although, a couple of our usual items will not be available. We are still offering pre-packaged ice cream tubs & ice lollies. We are currently unable to refill visitors’ water bottles or flasks, however, we can provide you with a cup of tap water if you need it! As always, you are welcome to bring your own food to enjoy in the woods while on your day out.
Yessss! We are participating in the Eat Out to Help Out Scheme! Between 3rd – 31st August, you can enjoy 50% off your meal (up to £10 per person) every Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. So, when you get peckish during your day with us, head to the Cosy Cabin or Munch Bar and ask to take advantage of this sooooopa offer!

Our tip-top-Twiggles have decided to refund all bookings made for visits between 21st March and 17th July (You don’t need to do anything, this will happen automatically in the coming weeks, but please allow plenty of time for the money to show up in your account as all banks and cards vary!). If you wish to re-book for your day out in the woods, we kindly ask you to book for a different day via our booking site.
